Workshop: Feb 16-19 School: Feb 12-15, Feb 20-23

Registration can be made either as a student or workshop participant. Students stay for the entire duration of JIGSAW 2007. Workshop participants stay only for the duration of the workshop (Recommended arrival: Feb 15, departure: Feb 20). Lecturers are expected to stay for their half of the school and the workshop. |
Students |
Please send an e-mail to the organizers at [jigsaw[AT]theory.tifr.res.in] in the format given. Graduate students must arrange for their advisor to send a recommendation for them, by e-mail. There will be a poster-session in the workshop when short introduction (1-2 slides) to individual posters will be made. Students are encouraged to bring a poster (and a soft-copy in ps or pdf). Accomodation, lunches and dinners will be covered by the organisers. Students from TIFR should register if they intend to attend a substantial part of the school and/or workshop. |
Lecturers |
Lecturers do not need to register. They are automatically assumed to be speakers at the workshop. Please send the title of your workshop talk to the organisers at : [jigsaw[AT]theory.tifr.res.in] . |
Workshop Participants |
The participation in the Workshop is by invitation only. If interested in participating in the workshop, please send an e-mail to [jigsaw[AT]theory.tifr.res.in] in the given format, and if also intending to give a talk in the workshop please provide a prospective title for the same. There will be a poster-session in the workshop when short introduction (1-2 slides) to individual posters will be made. You are encouraged to bring a poster (and a soft-copy in ps or pdf). |
Accomodation and local hospitality |
Arrangements for accommodation will be made individually. For help on accomodation and other practicalities, please see Practicalities . Please contact the organizers for individual arrangements. |
Lunches will be arranged by the organizers at the conference venue. Dinner in TIFR can be arranged with prior notice, however there is a large choice of restaurants in South Mumbai offering a variety of Indian and non-Indian food. A partial list of restaurants is available here and here, though some of the prices may have increased by upto 20%. |
