We have negotiated with hotels in south Mumbai (see information below) within 5 km from TIFR. Rooms will be allocated on first come first served basis. Room reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the registration fee. No advance payment is required for reservation. Payment to the hotel may be made on arrival.
Accommodatiion has been arranged in two 5-star deluxe hotels of the
Taj group.
The Taj Mahal Hotel
is situated on the water front and is a gracious landmark facing the
Gateway of India.
The Taj President Hotel
is located downtown and is within minutes of the business, entertainment
and shopping districts of Mumbai
Room rent for participants with complimentary buffet breakfast:

Complimentary transport between the hotel and TIFR will be provided.
