General Information

The domestic air fares are based on current tariff of the domestic airlines and are subject to change without prior notification; the revised fares will be charged extra.

All current taxes and entrance fees at monuments are included within the cost.

Any increase in the existing tax structure, fuel hike, additional Government levies will be charged extra.

Visas are required for travel to India and Nepal and must be obtained prior to arrival into India.

This is the sole responsibility of the Tour Operator. For tours including both countries please apply for a multi-entry visa for India.

Final name and rooming lists are to be forwarded to TCI at least 45 days prior to the operation of the tour. This is mandated by all the hotels and domestic airlines for the reconfirmation of rooms/air seats.

Cancellations made 21 days or less before start of tour will be subject to the hotels and airlines cancellation policies.

All arrangements made by TCI are in the capacity of an agent only. TCI will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights and acts of force majuere. All passengers must be covered by a suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.

Deposits will be requested for as and when the same is required by the hotels / airlines.

Payment:
As per Foreign Exchange Regulations laid down by the Reserve Bank of India, the full tour cost has to be received prior to the arrival of client, by SWIFT or a telegraphic bank transfer to our bankers as per details given below:
