My research interests lie in the broad area of strongly interacting
quantum many-body systems. My current research is focussed on three
different systems, one from the cross-fertilization
of condensed matter and atomic physics, which is emerging as the new
platform to study quantum many-body systems, and two from the
traditional condensed matter arena of material sciences:
Ultracold Atomic Systems
Graphene
High Temperature Superconductors
