Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add rai, jeera, asafoetida, haldi and chilies. Fry till the chilies change color.
  2. Add the peas; stir well and cook.
  3. When the pean are done, stir in sugar, salt, lemon juice. Remove from heat and add chopped coriander leaves and the shredded coconut.
  4. Serve hot with hot rotis.
