Invited participants are not required to resister for the program. A small number
of places are available for researchers and Ph.D. students from India who are
interested in the area of strongly correlated electrons and frustrated magnetism.

of their past work and future research plans.
Goa is a small and picturesque state on the west coast of India, about 400 km
south of Mumbai. The beaches of Goa are spectacular and the
weather in December will be sunny and pleasant. The workshop will be
held at
the International
Centre in Dona Paula, on the so-called "Knowledge Plateau"
comprising Goa University and other institutions. Several resort
hotels and beaches are located within a couple of kilometres of the
Centre.
Accommodation is available at the workshop venue, the International
Centre, and two nearby resorts, Bambolim Beach Resort and Prainha Cottages. For
