Title: | "Nonequilibrium steady state charge transport in an interacting open quantum system." | |
Speaker: | Dibyendu Roy | |
Abstract : "The speaker will discuss how Lippman-Schwinger scattering theory can be employed to calculate nonequilibrium steady state current through an open quantum dot with electron-electron interaction. The two-particle current is evaluated exactly while we use perturbation theory to calculate the current when the leads are Fermi liquids at different chemical potentials. Finally I will tell some applications of this technique to demonstrate different interesting phenomena like two-particle resonance, current asymmetry, electron entanglement in different dot models." |
