Vipassana Meditation
Home Page of the Vipassana Foundation, which
operates Buddhist meditation courses at centres round the world. In 1997,
I took a 10-day course at their Igatpuri centre, Dhamma Giri. I strongly
recommend this course if you feel that your mind needs both a rest and
an overhaul - I know mine certainly did.
