I
am a high energy physicist. I study and try to understand the physics of
elementary particles and fundamental interactions. My principal areas of
interest are the electroweak interactions, supersymmetric models and
theories with extra spacetime dimensions. Though I am generally interested
in all aspects of these theories, most of my research work is centred
around predicting experimental signatures for such theories, especially in
the context of high-energy colliding-beam machines. I am also interested in
the phenomenon of flavor-mixing. My work,
therefore, is a meeting place between theoretical ideas, experimental data
and numerical computation. I also retain a lifelong interest in pedagogy.
